@Noybusiness12345 Can you go to the Andromeda initiative page link below and and mouse over the Progress bar? You should see the image below indicating the helmet.

No, that's what I see. And because the page didn't mention that it was an in-game helmet at any point of this process, I thought we were going to be mailed a real collectible. Such things exist. You should make it clear.

I'm sorry, but if you thought this was going to be a legitimate physical copy, you['re mistaken. CM EDIT: I get poking fun at mistakes, but I'm not a fan of belittling genuine misunderstandings, so I edited out the rude parts of the post. Your main point that this was a digital-only offer stands]

Good, because things like collectible helmets do exist (http://amzn.to/2npQVEX), and the site doesn't say "earn an in-game helmet", only "earn a helmet", so rudeness is unwarranted. I had no earthly reason to think it wasn't a physical item. Anyway, now I see why nothing else has happened, because my account isn't connected to the game yet.

I'm also getting issues when it comes to redeeming the helmet. I'm playing on xbox one, have received all of the DLC/Pre-Order items. I'm showing 6/6 watched on the videos as seen below in the attached image. When I go in game and look at my linked account, it matches the one I watched the videos under.
Not sure how you go about redeeming this item, I feel as if the steps and this whole overall process could have been made to flow much easier than it apparently has thus far.

I'm playing on PS4 and did the initiative stuff on my work PC, same EA account but I can't seem to figure out whether or not I actually have the right helmet in game, how is it supposed to indicate it in game?
it should say elite initiative pathfinder helmet. it has 10% xp and 4% shield bonus. it looks similar to the n7 but its white. it is a closed face helmet with short slits for eyes to see. just look for the stats 10% and 4% bonus's if you see one with that. thats the one. good luck!

I only started playing yesterday, I'm not very far into the game, JUST got the Tempest. Should I already have had it?
Believe you get it in the 1st mission. its in your locker 🙂
yea. check inside the tempest ship and it should be a package near sam's console in a room. im not sure if its for every character you make new after or if its only once though. hoping its for as many as you make.
Mine looks just like that but I've never received this helmet ingame. And I did complete this and bought the game before release!
The helmet should be in your personal quarter at the Tempest.
If you enter your quarter turn right, there you should see a console with the extra stuff.

Nope! That is not the one! It is in the Tempest in your own personal room.

That's What mine looks like but cannot find helmet in Tempest.

You should be able to find it in your rooms, on the console on your right hand when you enter Ryder's quarters, next to your e-mail terminal. If you have the Deluxe and Mega Superlicious Deluxe version, it's the same place you get all your bonus equipment and items.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. It shows 6/6 videos watched and it has my Origin name on the top-right of the window.
Interestingly, however, if I go to this URL and I click "Yes, I want to receive emails from EA about Mass Effect as well as EA products, news, events, and promotions." then "Get your free skin," it says, "Something went wrong with your signup. Please try again." (Which I did, and that didn't help.) Not sure if that's related—that link seems to just be for the Nomad skin (which I couldn't care less about).
Signing out and back in still shows all the videos are complete on the Training Hub page, too. So it definitely knows I've done it.
This seems to be an account issue, so you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

Over the last week, I've chatted with 3 different EA support people and been emailed by one (all on the same ticket). Two asked me to re-explain the problem (since they couldn't/wouldn't read the previous notes/logs), two said the case was being escalated and they couldn't do anything, the email person told me to use chat support, and the last chat person didn't seem to understand how to do his/her job since (s)he insisted that (s)he could only grant weapons, characters, and mods (i.e., multiplayer items). It'd be comedic if it wasn't so annoying.
All this for a simple promo helmet!

You mentioned your Origin name, so you play on a PC??
Which edition of the game do you have?
Could you get other stuff from the "extras" terminal in game?
After your answer I will contact an EA CM and ask him if he can have a look at your account.
