    I did, but concidering how helpful EA support is, I don't rely on them too much as they did their part of the job (delivering the DLC). I'm sure it has to do with the game.

    EA just closed my ticket, wonderful !! One of the guy I had in chat was just keeping asking me about registration keys but we don't have such things with the PSN. We go on the platform, we pay, we download and install it, end of the story. How can I find solutions to my problem if the support doesn't know anything about other platforms than PC/Origin huuuuuh. I'm freaking scared the other DLCs for ME3 won't work now, I nearly sold a kidney to get them all. As much as I love Bioware, EA is just ruining everything by giving no help at all and relying on their players to help where they're incapable of doing so (sorry, I'm French so everything I say might not always make sense lol).

    Man, you're my only hope but I understand you can't help me that much. I lost 10h of my time figuring out how to solve this issue and dealing with no-help EA.

    @Sveinna59

    I am German, English isn't my first language too. So don't worry.

    A problem such as you have is difficult to solve for any support member, especially on a console. It is as you said, consoles are made to funktion, but if they fail the means of the end-user to troubleshot if the specific user is not really tech savvy is very limited and so the ability of the support member to help is as well limited.

    But to the problem:

    What is the regional code of your trilogy?

    The downloadable DLCs are regional locked, so if your trilogy has another regional code than Region 2 (Europe) that would be the problem.

    OMG It's written 1... what the heck ? It's written in French everywhere, it might be a Canadian version as 1 seem to refer to USA/Canada... I bought it last year from Amazon.

    Well, I'm happy having found the reason of the issue but ... I'll have to get my hands on a zone 2 version then. I bought for 40€ of DLC's (and I'm still missing 2 of them !) so I'm more likely gonna grab a zone 2 version.

    I'm thinking, if I download ME2 and ME3 from the PSN, or even the Trilogy again, as it's "only" 30€ or so, will my DLC's work then as the games should be zone 2 (European PSN account) ?

    I'd rather prefer spending additional €s being able to play the DLCs than wasting them by not playing lol.

    Now I have to be sure the DLCs will work :B

    Anyway, thank you so much, you should definitly send a résumé to EA lol !

    You're right, it must be a Canadian version.

    That will be the better, cos cheaper solution.

    They should work without problems on a Region 2 version of the games, but I can't promise you that.

    That would be not only a wast of money, you also would miss out on great content. 😉

    You're are welcome.

    One little request, could you make my previous post to a "Accepted solution? That would make it easier for other members to find the post if they have similar problems.

    The more I think of it, the more logical it seem : in the menus, I could never see the DLCs from the computer-thing as it was linked to the US store.

    I'm gonna ask on forums if my plan could work and if so, I'll definitly buy the Trilogy again from the store. What wouldn't I do for ME meeeh, I need to play Léviathans & Citadel DLCs for the least.

    Thank you again, you really brighten my day, you deserve a special chair in Heaven :D (Never been so happy to waste my money lol)

    I'll do what you said on your post 🙂

    @Sveinna59

    Thank you for accepting the solution and for the XP. 🙂

    I don't think that you have to worry, the Region 2 version will most probably work. But even if not, PSN has a refund policy, (a not working DLC would make the game faulty) so buying a region 2 trilogy should be save anyway.

    I still would recommend to uninstall the old version (Make a backup of your save games.)

    Me again !

    I think I'll go with the Trilogy again then. Makes me wondering, do you know if the DLCs like LotSB/Kasumi/Cerberus Pack are included too in the digital version ?

    It would be a pain in the a** loosing the DLCs I've had with the CD version lol

    @Sveinna59

    The digital version of the Trilogy is exactly like the physical version.

    Of course you already know what is included, but here is a overview.

    You PS gamers got a nice little peace of cake extra there.. 🤨

    😉 🙂  But we on a PC got the mods instead. 👿
