It still shows up in my quick slot but once it is removed from the quick slot it can no longer be used. I have screenshots of the process of verifying AI Hacking was in my shift menu before level up, but not after level up.

    Sorry to revive a dead thread, but was this ever addressed? Did you happen to find any answers or anything elsewhere? I'm getting the same thing on my playtrhoughs.
