Same thing is happening to me. I contacted Origin support today (for the 3rd time) and they said that the issue is on the BioWare development side... no time frame of when the issue will be fixed. ☹️
This is very dissappointing for me; I had this game on PS3 and had a bunch of stuff, but I've recently switched to PC (because, c'mon, it's the best platform) and I was willing to spend a few bucks to get some legit equipment/characters.
