You can't. Bioware points can only be purchased with Real World currency.
Bioware points can be used to purchase a number of different things. Some of those things also happen to be purchasable via credits.

I wish you could convert credits to BioWare points, as I'm sitting on 22 million right now and have no way to spent them since I maxed everything.
But it's only logical, you can't expect to pay for a Single Player DLC with some sort of currency you've earned ingame through playing.
