I'm not immediately seeing any glaring issues there. You should be able to run the game fine.
One thing you could try is a clean boot, which means you're launching your PC with a minimal number of background process. This can help identify a problem in case your issue is somehow caused by a background process.More info here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Audio sync issues can generally be caused by framerate fluctuations, so maybe try setting a framerate cap. You can do this in your game settings (I think) or third party software (e.g. RivaTuner). For diagnostic purposes, you could even go as low as 30, just to keep it steady.
I have tried many things, including setting my frame rate to 60...that also caused problems...I was seeing those bars while running...I would try setting it to 30, I also always turn off my internet and others background programs 🙂 yes I read a lot about this problem, it is a known problem, and it would be nice if an extra update was released for this... the game is definitely worth it, it is a beautiful game, I was also temporarily going to play the old game but i wass missing the DLC in Mass effect 1 and I'm a perfectionist that I want to play everything and I think Bring Down the Sky is a nice DLC especially the aftermath in 3 gives that extra something...with Bajak. So that wasn't an option either😉
I'm definitely going to try what you advise maybe that will have an effect... I'm just afraid it won't. Thank you for your responses, and hopefully ea games will not completely abandon the project and will provide an update on this problem in the future, Thank you🦋Greetings Marijn from the Netherlands

The old Mass Effect 1 actually has 1 DLC more than the MELE.

The source code for Pinnacle Station was lost, so it is not part of the Legendary Edition, but it is part of ME1 (2007), as is "Bring Down the Sky".
Both DLCs are free for all ME1 (2007) game version by now.Good evening @HERO well at least it's evening here in the Netherlands😏 I know about Pinacle Station, but let's be honest that wasn't a good DLC either...no insult to the people who think so, just my opinion...🤣and I am indeed afraid that there will no longer be an update... that is why I want to say this and with many others because on reddit and other platforms this is also a thing , it is certainly a game problem, it is also present on Playstation and Xbox, so not just on my computer, it is an error/glitch/bug which is a shame and many suffer from it, it has been pointed out everywhere on the internet for years, I am a mass effect gamer myself, since it was once released, I cannot remember that the previous edition had this problem, Well ... Adromeda had it too but they have adjusted that with an update, it's a shame they don't do anything about it...😒 that's why I'm bringing it up, maybe we should shout from the rooftops before it gets resolved... so let's hope... and over the DLC extensions... of the first game... I cannot download them. I have those games on Steam, I tried via EA Game and a special link, but I keep getting error messages. It is possible via EA Games itself, but It becomes a problem for me because I installed the game via Steam, 😒 it was a bit of a wrong choice in retrospect... so I would recommend that others buy it via EA Games, and NOT via Steam. or use a save file from someone else... but that is also a bit of a shame and not personal, but I have a page on Nexus mod full of save games for people who are looking for the original game on MARIJNDAIVEY on nexusmod.
But they were still made with my old origin account, which I can't get into anymore, but those saves are complete, if people are looking for one, I personally wanted to play the game again with one character with everything included, but I made the mistake of buying the game on Steam this time..
But thank you for your comment and I wish you a very nice day🦋 Greetings from the Netherlands
