Fred...clearly users were updating the posts about the issue (please do a google research before commenting) and as you may appreciate if you do, you will see that EA never managed to fix an issue that it is to them, PC Gaming "issues" are something of the past, nearly most games now even set graphic by themselves.... so here we are talking about poor business model from EA.

After attempting to reread this paragraph several times, I have come to the conclusion that I'm having a stroke.

True, all they do is convince without getting to the point and solving the issue.
Hey, I had the same problem for a while and i was able to fix it by adding -nohomedir in properties to the desktop shortcut. Started it up and it found all the dlc no problem.
Hope this works for you as well.
