Apparently not a new issue but something that is ongoing.
that was the original post in which we addressed being able to find matches, before things were improved overall last year. this issue with the EA app not loading the friends list appears to be new. at least it is for the people i've heard from on the N7S Discord/tried to play with and no one was able to invite because the friends list was doing an infinite load screen. i've NEVER had this issue before.
