I think this is the kind of multiplayer game mode that would benefit from quick chat commands like Team Fortress 2 and Rocket League. Example: A keyboard shortcut that makes your character announce he's going for the objective, or that he's going to revive someone.
Actual text chat would also be great. I'm surprised they didn't include it after being criticized for omitting it from ME3.

Yeah a radial menu with some options would be great, but I think full text chat option should be added as well. People wanted it in 3 and they chose to ignore it again in MEA is really shallow of them. This is one I don't understand whereas I get why there's no instant quit whole game from MP because they don't want us to quit and ruin the match by not allowing migration etc.
Are you familiar with Dota 2? There's a chat wheel, quite ok. You can also customize it, in addition to other possible key bindings, voice chatting, text chatting and map pinging. Simply loads of ways to communicate there. Again, the problem they have with COMMUNICATION. 💔

I know what the game is but I don't play or know a ton about specifics because MOBAs are trash imo :P AFAIK its probably just ripped from L4D2 and CSGO which both have them from the little bit I played those Valve games.
+1 to this. Pls implement a text chat system in multiplayer as most players don't have a headset/mic.
