Usually you should be able to download the game from Amazon. But you can also get in contact with an EA Game Advisor. They can add the game to your Origin account. You need to log in with your Origin account on the help page and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.

The original Mass Effect game is older than Origin which is why our Advisors have to activate it for you. Please be aware that they will need proof of purchase (e.g. the receipt you got from Amazon).
