There is a new Patch for PS3. It is version 1.09.
Note:
Go to your Save Data utility (PS3) and verify that your saved files for ME3 are all there. You might see one, in a separate folder that has Unknown as its name. If you click on that folder, you'll see that the file inside it is 'broken'. If that folder/file is there, either delete it or keep it for reference until your game is working ok.
That broken file is a result of the game crashing when you have played an online MP match, and EA Servers tell you that you must re-enter your code and create an account----even though you already have one and have a valid code. Whatever game save you had for single or MP, at the time this occurs, will be 'corrupted' as a result.
Now go to your Game Data Utility and verify that ME3 is listed there and press triangle to Choose Options. Under Options , click on on ME 3 and it will give you two options,: Delete or Information. Choose Information and verify that under Version, it shows 1.09. If it is blank, you then must delete/ reinstall the Game Data for ME3....see below.
Depending on how far along you are in the game, you might need to delete the Game Data Utility for ME3 (only) and re-install. If you go that route, you will come up with the option ,at the time of re-installing, to use version 1.09
It is very important that you copy your saved files for ME 3 (to be on the safe side) to another medium if you take the option to delete and reinstall the Game Data.
Other side things you might check are: be sure UPnP is available, NAT is 2, and your PSN account is linked to your EA/Origin/Social.Bioware accounts.
