Re: Kellys romance

I did some more research and I was wrong about her feeding the fish being the final step in the romance.

Apparently she has to send you an e-mail before you can invite her up. If you missed even one conversation option with her, you're locked out of a romance with Kelly.

You can fix this in the ME2 Save Editor by Gibbed. It involves editing your save file by making sure three boolean expressions are set correctly. Guide here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/995452-mass-effect-3/62342347
