Thank you so much for posting this. Couldnt work out what had changed recently! But the lag was awful. Ive tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting saves and this was the answer!
Oh my god, thank you SO much! NEVER would have thought of this! Recently started a playthrough and started ME2 last night and couldn't fix it! You are a godsend!
