I also have this problem, any resolution? The person I chatted with didn't help at all. The achievements are showing acquired when I look under the "extras" tab, but things that should be available (bonus powers/abilities/hardcore difficulty) are not available when I start a new game. No bonus power and the highest difficulty is "Veteran."
