I'm still getting this error. Can you please find a solution? I have installed all kinds of programs related to the game, but it still gives the same error. ☹️

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
I was getting error d3dx9_42.dll but this dll was capitalized in both folders. When I made this text smaller and changed its name, I was able to enter the game. I am so happy! I can finally finish the story.
