I'm really thinking this is a Windows 10 issue.  I didn't have this problem until I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10. Direct EA help is never available when I can contact them. :/

Might be a win10 issue but it's not all the time. I've run win10 beta for over a year playin ME 1-3 as well as DA-series with mostly no problem at all. Upgraded to full version of win10 when it became available and still played my last campaign without a hitch in any DLC. This time around though... weird to say the least.
Anyway. I'm hopin for a solution and until then I just have to cope without Leviathan (bummer)

Same deal for me, too. Windows 10, but the main game and From Ashes/Citadel DLC works just fine. I just can never get past the loading screen to the lab. I've uninstalled/reinstalled/repaired, dropped my settings as low as possible, and put the game in windowed mode. Just nothing works, which is really sad, because I was really looking forward to this.

Thanks all for the reports. Is anyone seeing this who uses an earlier OS than Windows 10?

For referense I installed ME3 + all DLC's and ran through them (the DLC's that is, never mind the rest of the game) on a win 8 platform. NO issues what so ever. Hubby went through them on a win7 platform and no issues. Ofc this could have been a fluke since we only tried once.

My husband also went through every thing he could think of to find the issue when the game freezes but he could not find any rapport about it anywhere. He works as an IT-specialist so he spoke a lot of  gibberish for me. I don't know if it helps but I thought you guys should at least know.

I'm having the same issues.

Loading screen just halts when I try to enter Dr. Dryson's lab for the first time.

Bought and Installed all of the ME3 DLC's today. Running windows 10 with a brand new character.

Yes, as a matter of fact. Running 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate, Service Pack 1. Crashing at the same point as everyone else has reported on this topic: The very first arrival to Dr. Bryson's Lab.

I'm having the same issue. Though I am running on Windows 7 Service Pack 1. Only other possibility for the freeze, for me at least, is that I replaced the game textures with HR ones with ME3Explorer. This problem did not occur until just after I rescued Ann Bryson. No changes made to the game between when I first started the DLC content to the point where I am now stuck. Doesn't seem to make a difference whether I try to load Bryson's Lab from when I dock at the Citadel, or from some spot within the Citadel, the Presidium, for example.

I just bought the Leviathan DLC and I am about to tear my hair out in frustration.  I've tried repairing ME3 as a whole and the Leviathan DLC specifically, but nothing has changed. I've spent money on this DLC and now I can't play it. So is there anything you can do to fix the problem or refund the DLC?

Not helpfull at all considering the fact that game works either way, it's just DLC thats crushing. I could beat the game any time, I would just have to do it without playing DLC wich is exactly what is the problem here ☹️

I appreciate that you're trying to help, but it didn't.  If anything, it made it worse.

We are looking for a way to stop the freezing, not remove the DLC entirely.

I have tried everything.  Install, Reinstall, Repair, Clearing the cache, Internet, no internet, live chat.

TO ALL EA EMPLOYEES OUT THERE, WHY IS IT THAT YOU DO NOT RESPOND?

WHY DO YOU IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS?

WE SIMPLY WANT YOU TO FIX YOUR PRODUCT.

As i stated, this is a work around. The problem is not Bioware or EA. This is a Microsoft issue. There is no fix actual fix for this.

@BattleBorn065 If you can solve this F*!@^% issue before the 25 december I know it will be a very much appreciated christmas present from everybody on here !   

The problem is not Bioware or Electronic Arts! It is a Microsoft issue. If you cannot play Leviathan on your machine that has Windows 10, then there is no solution. The suggestions I offered were to remove the DLC from your particular machine. Those in this post, have asked for help, then you complain when EA/Bioware doesn't answer you. When someone does answer you, you don't like the answer.

In short, you're screwed,  you cannot play Leviathan in ME3. Get over it!

I was only looking to you for a possible solution or just to throw a few ideas around since you seem to be the one most on the ball.

I don't understand why you say that this cannot be solved and thats that!

Forgive me if i offend you - but why can't it be certain aspect of windows 10 that is causing the issue?

Could it be that a windows update is causing it?

Considering a few of the people have said they dinna have Windows 10, goes to show it's nae just a 10 issue. I dinna have windows 10, & have a different issue with this DLC. Ya need to quit being a broken record.
