Because the N7 Defender Armor is in your headline I assume that you already know that you can get the Weapons from the pack inside Omega and Leviathan.
You could try a friendly request at EA support for a code, or you could look at ebay for one. (The later is of course risky because the code might have been used already.)
Just to mention it, the Cerberus Armor sets from the Armax Arsenal Arena and the Alternate Appearance Pack 1 are all better than the N7 Defender Armor.
