I'm giving up too. Funny how MEA worked flawlessly under the Origin app, but not the EA app. And with all sorts of mods. Didn't have to disable anything on my computer (firewalls, etc.). Didn't have to create a special Windows log-in. Mass Effect Andromeda just worked, period, full stop. And now, under the EA app it doesn't. Oh well, I'll remove it and free up space for something that does load and launch. Thanks for nothing EG Games.

Hey Everyone,
Sorry to hear that this still isn't working. The team is going to do an update for the EA App for a few issues. I would like to see after that update, if the game continues to not work after making sure that you first have everything installed to the same drive, so the apps and games are not on separate drives.
If this still happens, please provide the following.- EA App/Steam/Epic:
- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
- Attach a DxDiag:
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here

Just wanted to add that it still doesn't launch by default.
Note: Probably step "2.b" is the only one you will need but I listed everything I did in order just in case.
Essentially just make the "MassEffectAndromeda" file in your installed location require admin permissions. Then the EA app just gives the statement that the game needs admin permissions and actually launches the game.
Steps by my chronological order:
1. From EA app - manage game -> repairSeemed to install some extra content.
2. From EA app -> manage -> view properties -> browse
2.a. Went 1 folder up, right click "Mass Effect Andromeda" folder -> properties -> Uncheck "Read-only" -> Apply
2.b. Inside "Mass Effect Andromeda" folder right click "MassEffectAndromeda" file -> properties -> compatibility -> check "Run this program as an administrator" -> Apply
2.c. Double click the "MassEffectAndromeda" from the folder instead of the desktop.
