Purchased the game for 10 bucks...thought it was finally worth diving into. 2 hours and countless loading fails later ...its unplayable. I can't even play the game to have an opinion about it....way to ruin a franchise. I feel bad for anyone who spent money on this game.
Some loading screens in this game appear infinite, when they are just very long. This can happen if you save the game while in your vehicle. (Patch notes claimed this was fixed, but it wasn't.) I get 5 minute load times on an SSD that way.
Edit: I noticed in a recent play session that saving the game while in the Nomad, then loading the game, causes Ryder to stand right next to the vehicle. So I think it wasn't as much a fix as it was a workaround. I wonder what effect this has on the destroyed planet map, where you can exit the vehicle except in some areas.
Yeah, this is legit - i found this threat and while i viewed all the comments the game loaded afterr 3 or 4 minutes
