Mass Effect 3 Online Pass Error

Hi I'm having issues with accessing multiplayer mode. I haven't had issues in the past.

I've previously owned Gamepass/EA Play so suspect this has broken something at some point, as I no longer have access to multiplayer.

I've tried deleting the licence file, and reinstalling, repairing but this hasn't worked.

Please contact them directly through our official EA Help website and let them know you’re missing online access in Mass Effect 3. They’ll be able to investigate your account and get this sorted.

  • Gazzeth​ I'm having this same problem, did the support team successfully solve this for you? I have tried them in the past and they were unable to solve.

    No it was never solved. EA_Shepard​  is there anything you can do to help? Still can't play online and tried all the fixes. Must be tied to my account somehow since my EA play ended.

    I had bought the game a very long time ago, only recently used gamepass/EA play and now seem to be having the issues.

    Something else I noticed was that it never connects to EA servers like it used to either.
