Yeah I feel very cheated too, normally I dont pre-order games, as I wanna be sure that they support Triple monitor setup with Nvidia Surround,

I decided to trust PC gamer and other sources on the net and pre-order, really annoyed I can't play it properly.
I hope developers sort it and/or there is a third party software solution or Mod to fix it.

HI,
I am pleased to report thanks to a updated plugin from flawless widescreen,
You can now run Mass effect legendary with triple monitors with correct resolution and wihout HUD being stretched.
Well done to the flawless widescreen team.
Unfortunately Game for me is still unplayable due to the low FPS drops, despite having a ryzen 5900x, rtx 3080 with 32gb RAM.
I hope the developers fix this issue soon.
I enclose some screenshots of triple monitor support (5760*1080) using flawless widescreen.
Works for all 3 games
I almost pre-ordered this, but after getting burned on Cyberpunk and Death Stranding on their problematic triple screen/NVIDIA Surround results, I held off. I'm glad I did. I was really happy with the results I had with Horizon Zero Dawn and several tomb raider games I tried, which were my first forays into triple screen adventure gaming after getting my 3090. Even got Rogue Squadron, Flight Simulator and several racing games working with NVIDIA Surround without much effort. Now I'm beginning to wonder if I had stumbled into the few exceptions rather than the rule. If anyone notices any improvement on Mass Effect Legendary edition on triple screen support, please update so I can reconsider purchasing it. Never played any of them before Legendary came out, but I'd rather just play other content that works well with my set up in the meantime, even if that stretches into forever.
Sadly it is very hit and miss these days whether games have native ultrawide and/or triple monitor support.
sometimes its only partially supported.
Can be annoying when HUD is stretched, for some games it is playable but not for all.
(I am putting up with HUD stretch on call of duty cold war at the moment,)
I am not making mistake myself again of pre-ordering a game as I rely on this support for the majority of games I play with M&K,

Fortunately we have modders out there who kindly develop solutions to fix these issues.
Flawless widescreen works well for a lot of games I have played.

Thanks, I'll check out flawless wide-screen. If it is easy enough, I may go for some of the mods. Overall, I'm not into spending hours tweaking mods anymore. In my increasingly older age, I'm finding that sonewhere about a decade ago the thrill of spending days tweaking my configs just so I can get a few hours of enjoyment got deflated, especially when the tweaks keep on having to be performed when stuff gets updated or to have to do the same level of effort with yet another title in my library.
my rant: I get that outside of vehicle type games there isn't much (any?) focus on native triple screen, but I figured that NVIDIA Surround would kind of just do its thing in the background so that devs don't have to do much of anything to "support" it. But I suppose I'm doing a disservice to them when I assume as much.
Anyway, I hope to hear about when ME Legendary gets to the point where I can triple screen with it. Maybe flawless will be able to get me there, that would be great and then maybe I'll pick up a copy at that time. Thanks!
