The same bug happened to me aswell, but because I save very often I could just load an another save file.

I suspect I lost all my money when I started the Omega DLC - I went to buy from Harrot and was suddenly down to 5.5K and beforehand I was at about 100k. Didn't happen on my regular run, just on my Insanity run.
