Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Here's the DxDiag.txt file
- Make surre Steam and EA app are closed.
- Go to your "C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save" folder.
- Move the "ME3" folder to your desktop. (The folder must be gone from the original path!)
- Disable the internet connection of your PC.
- Test the game.
