That is weird... Could be related to the fact that all animated textures and effects are set to 30 fps?
Sorry, no idea how you can fix that. I can still suggest game repair but I think you already done that.
@holger1405 I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Than try to set the frame rate in game to unlimited (240) and use the frame rate limiter in the driver.
(Manage 3D Settings > Application settings.)
Set it to 140 FPS.
It is important that your monitor is not set to a refresh rate that is under 140Hz.
If it don't works with 140 try 110 FPS.
- @sweetpoison0011 game repair did not work either sadly
- @holger1405 i tried both of these and have had no success. Then i switch to 30 FPS in-game and my shields recharge instantly.
This problem is very strange, I had 50hrs in ME3 with no issues then out of nowhere, this happens. - sweetpoison00115 years agoSeasoned Ace
If it helps and if you are playing the steam version WE Mod trainer can provide unlimited shield (F4 by default) and you can "force" the shield a few times when is depleted, see what happens. Out of curiosity, is that happen only on Arena? I mean if you try a different fight (eventually load an old save) the problem persist or it's just while are you on Citadel?
@sweetpoison0011 @holger1405 Just a quick update, the latest NVIDIA driver update that came out today has seemingly fixed all my issues.
Thanks for your help 🙂
That is good to hear! Have fun gaming.
