Re: N7 HQ server unavailable

@Catassassin9

That sounds like a connection issue.

Restart your router.

If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)

If that not helps here is a EA connection troubleshooting guide.

Do you or someone in your household have a smartphone or a tablet, so that you can try to connect on a different device?

    I'll just contact EA. There's nothing wrong with my Internet connection. Everything else on the site works, the map itself loads fine, other sites load fine, it's just when I try to deploy or collect my rewards it tells me the server is unavailable, try again later. I've tried on my desktop and laptop.

    Hello @Catassassin9

    Have you tried to restart your router, as @Holger1405 suggested? You might need to give it 3-5 min to reset after you unplug it from power source. Then turn it on again, and try to run the game. We also have an article here on some advanced PC connectivity troubleshooting https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-pc/. Use this article and Flush your DNS. Your system keeps a record of IP addresses and domain names for the servers you access, like a telephone directory. It can sometimes help to clear old data from this cache and start over.

  • I have the same problem!

    I login into n7 hq without problem, but when i go to galaxy at war map it shows 0% readiness (which is impossible, it should be at least 50%), and if I try to choose a mission it goes server unavailable.

    I have tried resetting router and flushing DNS, Origin and ME3 work without a problem, can connect with multiplayer.

    I'd like to get my readiness more than 50% without playing mp so please help!

    Thanks

    Yeah I tried all of that too. Tried on multiple devices and everything. I need it to increase my galactic readiness because I can't play multi-player (don't have Xbox live gold). Hopefully an answer will come soon or it will fix itself soon.

    OK, that you tried on multiply devices eliminates a error at a specific machine. Can you try to connect outside of your local network?

    Yes I resynced it. Did nothing. I tried multiple networks. My own WiFi, my cell service, other WiFi sources and still nothing.

    @Catassassin9

    Yes, I saw that you already tried.

    I use the Mini Game every day twice to keep my readiness up at 100%.

    So there are two possible issues imho.

    First, there is a Account problem. You said you contacted EA, did support checked your account?

    Second, there is a regional problem. It is hard to pinpoint this should it be the case. Contacting your internet provider could help here.

    Did you changed your Origin password recently?

    Nope. No changes to my account at all. I haven't called EA yet, i was hoping someone would know how to fix the issue.

    Did you ever have any joy with a fix for this?

    Currently having the same issue, and no fix so far.

    Thanks

    That's disapointing!

    Thanks for the reply all the same.
