If I recall correctly, there is a Black Marcket Merchant hidden in the Kada slums on the left-side cargo crates who sells them. He should restock it infinitely if he's like other merchants. It costs around 2600 credits.
Checked all over Kada slums and could not find any "hidden black market merchants".
