What do you expect, this is user-to-suer support, for account related issues you have to contact EA: https://help.ea.com/
We cannot give you any credits back. Disapearing credits is a known issue with unreliable hosts, that sometimes can be corrected if you exit the game and restart, so that your credits reappear. But this doesn't work every time.
