Community Manager@lilixstar Can you log into your EA Profile with your PSN login and you can see there what email is associated with the EA Account? If it is not one you recognize, or you are unable to log in, you would have to reach out to live support.
So, when I try to see the email it's added there's the message os Network Error, just like the picture.
So I don't know what email they are trying to connect

Your PSN login are the credentials for the EA profile.
Ooohh, now I understand. I entered on my EA Profile using the same as the PSN and the email is the same and it says the PSN is linked.
Are you able to help me with this same issue, please?

Have you logged into your EA profile as directed above to check the accounts are linked correctly?
It was an issue with my linked Xbox account to the EA account. I had to live chat and get it unlinked and made a new EA account for my ganertag. Everything is working as intended at this point. Thank you for checking. Much appreciated.
