[PS5] Mass Effect Andromeda Network Connection Error

I decided to play a Game+ of MEA on my PS5 and I cant connect in order to use the Strike Teams. My Internet is running just fine but I can't even check if the email is wrong because it shows the mess...

    @lilixstar Can you log into your EA Profile with your PSN login and you can see there what email is associated with the EA Account? If it is not one you recognize, or you are unable to log in, you would have to reach out to live support.

So, when I try to see the email it's added there's the message os Network Error, just like the picture.

So I don't know what email they are trying to connect

    @lilixstar 

    This are in game screenshots. @EA_Shepard  asked you to log in to your EA Profile (on your phone a computer or the PS browser.)

    Your PSN login are the credentials for the EA profile.

      Ooohh, now I understand. I entered on my EA Profile using the same as the PSN and the email is the same and it says the PSN is linked.
