Re: social.bioware.com code not working

I'm afraid no one will be able to help you in these forums since we they are for games to help gamers.

You'll have to take your complaints to EA trough their support. I know that's not an answer you would like to hear but it's the best advice I can give you.

If you get an answer which other can benefit from; please post it here so that other can use it.

  • Hi Ionori,

    I logged a job with EA and whilst they asked all the right questions and info (code, DOB, username etc) they have yet to provide a response to a solution or ETA when a solution will be available.

    Doesn't hurt to make noise on an issue anywhere and everywhere possible...although that hasn't stablised the ME3 Server issues I have been having the last 6 months...

    Just wanted to let you know that I asked my colleagues to look into this. I will get back to you as soon as I get more information.

    If you can give me more details on when you purchased / redeemed your code like beckpj did (excellent report, beckpj, thanks for that), this would be very helpful.

    I'd also like to remind you, that:

    Players who purchase the Paragon Lost Anime can find an insert containing a Mass Effect 3Item redemption code. This insert also mentions an expiry date for this code.
     
    Please be aware that this information is a misprint and as such, the code has no expiry date associated with it.
     
    We would like to apologize for any confusion caused by this misprint and thank you for your continued interest in the Mass Effect universe.

    The code for Paragon Lost was not active until this week. Can you please check if you can find the item in the game now? If not, please come back and let us know.

    I have found the redemption pack in my Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer store however it has yet to appear in my social.bioware.com user profile as additional content.
