I figured it out! Teamviewer 13 was interfering with the M&KB. I was reading another thread and a guy had same issue as I, he turned Teamviwer off and it started working again. Worked for me too!
So if anyone has Teamviewer 13, which is a Beta version, shut it off and M&KB will work as normal again.
