I guess you just wanted to be supportive ... to show a way out of the misery not being able to play ME:Andromeda.

But I personally find it harsh to say swim or sink here.

The Mass Effect trilogy included Italian dubbing and I perfectly understand that many do not want to switch to (unbeloved) English for Andromeda
(and in extension for all other coming ME releases. Because let's face it, Italian will hardly be on the dubbing list for any other ME title if excluded for Andromeda).
So indeed, here was something taken away from one group of customers.

Unfortunately the only potent argument for EA to release an Italian dubbing I can think of now are impressive sales numbers in Italy, representing a demand for it.

That's a vicious circle. ☹️

Let's hope that global sales in the coming months are solid enough to fasciliate a long-term support. Which eventually may lead to additional language packages.

Look at the bright side, if an Italian version is released many of the bugs and glitches that pester Andromeda should be fixed by then :eahigh_file:

I love my native language and I am proficient enough to play or confer in English as well. I compared the German and English ME trilogy dubbing and find both on an equal high standard (FemShep character), sometimes the English or the German voice actor had an edge over the other.
I will play single player in both German & English, but I would be irritated as well if EA skipped German dubbing or if the overall quality would not be ME standard.

As long as they do not dub in italian this game, I do not buy it.

If a game didn't dubbed in italian, I don't buy it and don't play it.

Should I buy a game I could never play?  (in hope that ea decide to dub in italian?).
