HDR is not detected, so I took it off auto (Where it was previously on auto), but it did not change anything for me.
Still can't find any screenshots.
I updated my Geforce drivers as well.

For anyone else who is following this thread, please go here and review the solution presented by Holger - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mass-Effect-Legendary-Edition/Photo-Mode-Pictures-Not-Saving-PC/m-p/10354853#M4042To amend this, I added "my documents" to the list of folders that the ransomware protection need not apply, and once I had done that, I'm able to take screenshots WITH HDR enabled. 🙂
