- Press the Windows key and "i" at the same time > System > Sound.
- Scroll down and click on "More Sound Settings"
- In the new window that opened select your audio output device > Configure > Select "Stereo" > next > next > next > Apply.
- Test the game
i think it made it a little better but not by much. I can only hear everything clearly when wearing headphones I've noticed.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
What audio hardware do you have? (Speaker, type and model) Or do you use Monitor speakers?
Speakers (realtek high def audio)

Hey, @Rednek731 Can you attach a DxDiag?

This could be a simple settings problem, but check the connection of your speakers to the motherboard.
If that don't helps, your Motherboard should be a ASUS Pro B660M-C D4-CSM.
(Make sure this is indeed the mainboard you use!)There is a newer Realtek Audio driver available on the ASUS website of your board > Download and install the "Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.9091.1 for Windows 10 64-bit & Win11 64-bit---(WHQL)" drive > Restart your PC > Test.
installing the driver failed, after i downloaded it and restarted the PC it tried to finish and then said installation failed driver not supported. And I dont know how to check the speakers connection to the motherboard.

Check that they are plugged in correctly. (Unplug them and re-plug them making sure they are completely inserted.)
NVM, i guess the driver download worked after all. (kind of confusing since it said it failed, but whatever I'm not complaining). Anyway now I can hear them talking behind me without having to turn around and face them. Thanks to everyone for their patience in helping me out.
