redeeming xbox 360 code

I purchased the Mass Effect Trilogy on disc for xbox 360 a few months back so that i could it on my xbox one via backwards compatibility,..

However the packaging came with code card for Mass Effect 3 Online Pass & Mass Effect 2 Cerberus Network.. I was able to redeem the code for ME3, but for ME2 I cannot bacause it is a 16 digit code... I called xbox and they said theres nothing they can do because of the different platform, they suggested that I should contact EA, to give me a 25 digit "corrector code" so that this issue can be resolved..

please help!
