Reset multiplayer progress

I think reset your multiplayer progress is impossible. But you can create another account and start again.

I would do that except I'm sure that I won't be able to transfer my Mass Effect 3 license to the new account.  I would have to buy a new game.

Since you mention that EA helped you retake your account back, my advice is to go back to help.ea.com ans click on CONTACT US to get the assistance you need from an EA Game Advisor. You will need their help to obtain a new Online Pass Code to offset the loss of your original one when the hacker broke into your system. No one here (just fellow gamers) can reset your MP progress. Sorry.
