Ok with peebee relationship I'm up to the commitment part when she leaves a message with the robot thing but as for the other two female squad mate I do not know when the commitment. It starts with them

I am guessing that by the other two you mean Cora and Vetra? Just like with Peebee, you'll know them when you see them. Peebee's just comes earlier than the others. They also are in little follow up cutscenes. Both are on EOS. Both you will still get I think, if you have done their loyalty missions, but will play out just a little differently if you're already involved with somebody.
You'll know them when you see them if you decide Cora or Vetra are the romance option you want.
