Save Data Error - Mass Effect Andromeda on EA Play PC

Hi all, first time posting on this forum and all new to EA Play.  I recently downloaded Mass Effect Andromeda using the EA desktop as part of the EA Play membership and was playing every couple days...

Right thanks for the compatibility mode tip. Yeah I've got EA Play as a bundle with Xbox Game Pass, so I don't have Origin
