This is the best answer??? Already did that and it still won't let you. Sometimes it lets you in radiation lvl 3 and sometimes it just decides to kill you. I 've done it before so I know it can be done but just died 5 times in a row cuz this time it won't let me.
If you still have radiation lvl 3 at the 4th marker you either did not cleared the radiation, (cleared the Eos vault.) or you did not waited long enough for the radiation to clear. (get on with the main story away from Eos.)
Actually I have. I've finished this quest over a dozen times. Sometimes I can still do with the radiation, most times it kills me. To lower the radiation I have to leave the planet otherwise lvl 3 is still lvl 3. It's just really irritating that it lets you scan sometimes and others it just kicks you out, and refuses to let you scan.
