Similar thing for me too. Sometimes the game won't finish loading the silversun strip when I travel to it from the citadel. It takes me there but still says loading and you can see the silversun strip area but the textures for all the models aren't loading in and you're unable to move at all while it says loading at the bottom right of the screen. It's happened twice and the only thing you can do is close the game to fix it, so I have to save every time before traveling there just in case. But quitting the game & traveling back seems to fix it for me. It's a 50/50 chance of this bug happening.

Im on the xbox one x and my game is downloaded to my internal storage too.

Yeah, that never actually helps. It's just the "I don't know what to do, so do this" response. 4yrs later it's still an unfixed issue. Me? Xbox One X, installed, ME:LE. The game gets stuck in an infinite loading screen when fast traveling from the Citadel to the Silversun Strip. The textures aren't fully loaded and I lose all control because it's stuck loading indefinitely. I always save before fast traveling there in case it happens, because I'm an optimist, or dumb because I keep trying and get the same result. If it gets stuck, I can reload that save and fast travel and it'll work. But never the first time. Also, it never happens if traveling there from the Normandy, only from another location in the Citadel.
