@EA_Darko If I may add one to ME1: I can reliably get stuck without control of Shepard in the Flux club on the Citadel. If I go to the dance floor and annoy one of my teammates to dance with me, and I then talk to the other one during the dance sequence, I may get stuck without control of Shepard after it is over. I can't move but keep triggering dance sequences. It may also work if I dance alone and talk to my team mates while dancing alone, not entirely sure (already through with ME1).
Don't know if it's impossible to do so, but I didn't manage to get out of that disabled controls state and had to reload the most current save. So that is pretty awkward and easy to trigger.

@EA_Darko A rather big bug I got in ME:LE:2 was in the suicide mission. None of my team-mates were technically there. I couldn't command them, they didn't benefit from my ammo buffs when my ammo was squad buff, and they weren't healed from first aid. Made some areas very difficult, but particularly the platform area leading to the final boss. Hope this helps :D
