Slow mouse in galaxy map

I have no problem with any of the game and the mouse is fine in all situations with the exception of the galaxy map where it moves so slowly, that to go from one planet to the next requires me to do ...

    @Tromador 

    Then it is very hard to say where the problem is. Could be any number of things, drivers, the port, a third party software interfering.

    Nothing fancy. Standard issue Microsoft Optical Mouse. 

    I don't have any problems in the rest of ME, nor in any other games, it's just slow moving around the galaxy map.

      Do you have the mouse trace enable?

      Do you use specific mouse software?

        Nope, none of those. Default Windows 10 mouse driver/settings.
