social.bioware.com code not working

I recently purchased a mass effect movie that came with a code for dlc that I had to redeem on social.bioware.com. but wh en I did it is not showing up after it said successful and it will not let me input the code again. How do I find the code to get the dlc?

The code for Paragon Lost was not active until this week. Can you please check if you can find the item in the game now? If not, please come back and let us know.

It turns out that there is no profile unlock for Paragon Lost. Everything is working as intented. 😕mileylol:

If anyone of you is still missing the redemption pack, please let me know!
