    Hello Holger,

    The suggestions in this post were not working for me, but I finally managed to make it work !

    The key point is to download the game via Origin and not use the DVD from Mass Effect Trilogy like I did !

    With the downloaded version, Mass Effect is fully working.

    Thank you for your help anyway.

      @Ice_JFlyer I do not own a dvd i always download via origin and i have this issue.

        Same here. Once I switched to Win 10, the game simply crashes when the EA Omnitool starts. Never ever used the DVD to install it.
