Squadmates dying for no reason
In the Collector ship (not final mission) in ME2 squadmates die just like that even while not under fire. This needs a fix so that medi-gel can be spared.

What system are you on?
At what point in the mission do your squamates die?
PS4. Somewhere around halfway back to the Normandy they just die without reason.
Are there any enemy's in the near vicinity?
