Squadmates dying for no reason
In the Collector ship (not final mission) in ME2 squadmates die just like that even while not under fire. This needs a fix so that medi-gel can be spared.

I've only played this mission once on Xbox Series X, but I remember soloing the last sequence due to some similar error - which was damn hard as an Infiltrator with no ammo against a pretty big wave of husks.
My team not only died, they first completely disappeared (could not use their abilities or order them to take position - they were actually missing), then died somewhere off-screen, then could not even be brought back by medi-gel. I think they respawned after the husk sequence.
