Squadmates dying for no reason
In the Collector ship (not final mission) in ME2 squadmates die just like that even while not under fire. This needs a fix so that medi-gel can be spared.

Is this right before the praetorian fight? That's been a pretty common bug since the original launch. I didn't have that problem on my LE playthrough, but I could have just been lucky.

I never encountered that, not in the original trilogy and not in the MELE.
Did you experienced it in the trilogy?
@holger1405 I experienced this on almost every playthrough (and that's a lot of them) of the original ME2 on PC. You have to go down a ledge to enter the area with the praetorian, and I think the squadmates don't quite manage that, so the game just kills them. Maybe I'm just really unlucky or it has something to do with very specific circumstances or play styles (kinda like the floating bug).
My money would be on a hardware thing. But we have not enough data to verify that anyway.
