Startup Error Please Help

I just bought Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe edition. Downloaded it and the DLC successfully. Tried to launch, told me it failed to launch Physx, I repaired Physx then that error went away, Now I have...

    @ArrynChaos Can you post your system specs? You might want to run in XP SP3 compatibility mode as a test. 

    If you try a repair that may help too. Right-click the game panel to get the repair option.
