[Steam] Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access Error

A few days ago, I downloaded all the games to play the Mass Effect series. When I opened Andromeda to play, I encountered "missing online access". After doing a little research, I saw that it was solved by contacting ea help. I also contacted. I have played with Ea Play on Steam before, and after my membership ended, I bought the Mass Effect Andromede Delux version on Steam. He said that since my membership has expired, I will not be able to access the online features of the game and that I need to get an ea play membership again in order to access all the features of the game I "bought". In other words, he told me that I had to pay for a membership and play the game I bought again in order to access all its features, and there was nothing he could do other than that.
@MSA_Yaga Changes were made to the account that should allow you to get online. Before you launch the game, I would perform the following steps to ensure the game updates for you.
Delete EA License Files:
- Make sure the EA app is closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
- Delete all files in the "License" folder.
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
- (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)
Clear cache, and repair or reinstall the game
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
