Are you using app or console.. as far as I know you can inspect traits on app.. through the console you have to press x on xbone to inspect the team

This problem is fixed by re-enabling tutorial popups.

I know, it doesn't make much sense, but the two are inextricably linked.

I think the maximum is 4 positive traits and 4 negative. The highest I have is a team with 4 positive and a single negative.

I could be very wrong about this part but im pretty sure at level 20 they can no longer pick up traits either positive or negative and will only obtain them during the leveling process.

I have a level 20 team that has been 20 for a while with four positive traits.  They got their negative trait yesterday and went from being almost capable of doing gold missions to being worse then my other teams.

If I were to guess at the developer's choice on the issue.  Strike teams are meant to degrade over time and thus they can always gain another negative trait.  Maybe it is limited to four, but it seems like after one or two they are pretty much crippled anyway.

I am actually going to pit that team against it's cripple a few times and wonder if a negative can be worked off.  But I am not giving them more then ten missions towards that goal before I decide that the negative trait system is just another boneheaded system put in to waste player's time.

I think that the max amount of traits are 5 positive and 5 negative, I currently have 5 positive traits on one of my teams.

I also recruited a 4th team and from level 1 they had a special trait, being hostage rescue specialist.

AND, if it helps any, I purchased the quick response vehicle IV (150 mission funds) And it has made my LIMA lvl 20 with 5 positive traits gold viable in hostage situations. (I currently get 84% chance of success which is viable I think)
